The BT Cloud Work Archiver allows you to connect to 1 storage provider at a time. Contact the Administrator whether you need to connect using your company's existing Google or Dropbox account or if you need to create a new Dropbox account.
2. On the Admin portal, navigate to Tools > Apps > Archiver.
3. On the Accounts tab, click Connect opposite Dropbox.

Click Continue if you see a dialogue indicating your account is already connected to a different 3rd party storage provider.

4. Select how you prefer to connect Archiver with BT Cloud Phone:
• Connect using Google:
Click Sign in with Google to create a Dropbox account using your Google credentials.
• Connect using your existing Dropbox account:
Enter your email address and password then click Sign in.
• Create a new Dropbox account:
Click New to Dropbox? Create an account to create a Dropbox account instead.

5. Click Allow. Dropbox will be displayed as connected once the app is authorised.
6. Click Go to Sync Options. If you are an Administrator, click OK on the notification.

7. Select the data to back up. Data back up is enabled by default.

Administrators can click the drop-down box to switch from the Account settings to Extension settings.
