The BT Cloud Work Archiver allows you to connect to 1 storage provider at a time. Contact the Administrator to get your SFTP account credentials.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the following IP addresses have been white-listed in the Firewall policy in order to successfully connect your BT Cloud Work account to the SFTP server. The specific steps required to whitelist depends on the FTP server solution used. Reach out to your company's IT Admin for help with whitelisting the IP addresses.

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal. See Log in to the BT Cloud Phone Using Email or Phone Number for more information. If you are a User, go to Step 3.
2. On the Admin portal, navigate to Tools > Apps > Archiver.
3. On the Accounts tab, click Connect opposite SFTP.

4. Enter your SFTP credentials, then click Connect.
Click Continue if you see a dialogue indicating your account is already connected to a different 3rd party storage provider.

4. Enter your SFTP account credentials, then click Connect.

• RootFolder (optional)
The "Create Folder" and "Change Directory" permissions need to be allowed in the main (Root) directory of the SFTP site for the BT Cloud Phone account to be able to connect to it.
